Opening hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM +5 — that is Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5. Messages outside those hours are answered first thing the next morning. Activation is usually within minutes during working hours.

How fast do I get activated?
Send your MAC address on WhatsApp and we activate from our side, usually within minutes during working hours.
What internet speed do I need?
10 Mbps is enough for HD. For 4K you want 25 Mbps or more. Wired ethernet beats Wi-Fi on a Firestick if you have the option.
Can I watch on more than one TV?
Each line runs on one device at a time unless your plan says otherwise. Ask us for a second connection if two people need to watch at once.
What happens if a server goes down?
Plans with a backup line switch over automatically. On other plans, message us and we move you.
Do you have a free trial?
Ask on WhatsApp. We would rather you test it before paying than take your money and have you unhappy.
Why can't I see prices for my country?
The page shows prices for wherever we think you are, and VPNs throw that off. Use the country selector at the top, or just ask us.
