Before You Buy Credits
How does a credit work?
On most panels one credit creates one line for one month, so twelve credits makes a one-year line. A few servers use a different ratio and some charge less for shorter lines. We tell you which applies before you pay.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy them now, use them whenever. They sit in your panel until you spend them.
Can I add sub-resellers?
Yes. Create accounts underneath you and give them their own credits, so they sell while you keep control of the panel.
How fast do I get the panel?
Usually within the same WhatsApp conversation once payment is confirmed, during working hours.
Can I try a server before buying?
For stalker and MAG servers a two-day trial is usually available. For Xtream panels, ask for a test line.
Which server should I pick?
It depends on your country, what your customers watch and what devices they use. Tell us and we will recommend.
What if my customers use MAG boxes?
Then you want a stalker server, not a standard Xtream panel. Lines are tied to the box MAC address instead of a username.
