Live sport is the hardest test for any IPTV service because everyone watches at the same moment. Use this checklist before you pay.
1. The exact channels or league
Ask for the channel or competition you want, by name, and have the answer in writing. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay. Browse the channel list.
2. A backup line
If the main server has a problem during a match, a backup line switches over automatically. The plans page shows which plans include one. See the plans.
3. Your internet speed
Plan for about 10 Mbps in HD and 25 Mbps in 4K per screen, and use a cable or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. See our speed guide.
4. The player app
Pick an app with a clear guide (EPG), catch-up and quick channel switching. Our App Store lists the players we support.
5. Your device
A Firestick 4K, a recent Android TV box or a Smart TV is smoother than a very old device.
6. A test
Ask for a test before a big match and try it on your own TV. We would rather you see it running than pay and be disappointed.
7. Support when it matters
Match day is when you need help. Check that someone answers on WhatsApp quickly and what the opening hours are.
